We offer a two-stage program.  We will audit your Green Ready (Green Built) home and issue a complete report on all Green improvements.  We will work with the new owners to make sure that the homes is also Green operated.  The buyer has no fees to pay for this service, and they can eventually sell this home as a Green Certified Home because they operated the Home with Green Practices.
